• 1 or 2 professionally guided cold bath experiences in the crystal-clear Millstätter See or mountain stream (1 x Monday, 1 x Thursday, each at 8.30 am)
• 1 or 2 yoga lessons "Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin" with yoga teacher Lisa (1 x Tuesday, 1 x Friday, each at 8.30 am)
• 1 guided hike in the Kärntner Nockbergen
