Artists in Residence
The Seefischer Turm-Atelier has offered artists the opportunity since 2017 to be creatively active in the most beautiful place at the most beautiful time.
The idyllic surroundings of the atelier – with a view of Lake Millstatt directly by the small private marina – are inspiring.
By prior appointment or on the days of the "open atelier", interested guests can visit the "Artist in Residence" in the atelier.
"millstART"
The millstART association has been presenting contemporary art in historic buildings for four years – Stift Millstatt, the lake and selected places are brought to life with art.
The millstART programme enriches various events – including with open studios, animation and stop-motion films, performances and talks (art discussions).
So the Seefischer Turm-Atelier is also one of those places that selected artists, also as part of millstART, can use to work as „Artists in Residence“.
Guided tours of the art project "millstART" are gladly available (from 4 people, by prior arrangement).
