Komödienspiele Porcia
At Schloss Porcia, Spittal/Drau. A castle as a stage and a southern-leaning Renaissance arcaded courtyard form the impressive setting for Europe’s comedies at Porcia. For the whole summer, humorous stage culture shapes the image of the "small historic town" Spittal an der Drau.
Millstätter Music Weeks
At Stift Millstatt. In the beautiful historic setting of the monastery and the Stiftskirche Millstatt in Kärnten, masters of interpretation perform both large-scale sacred and secular choral and orchestral works, as well as important chamber music works from all eras of music history.
Carinthischer Sommer
at Stift Ossiach. Founded in the 11th century and magnificently decorated in the Baroque period, Stift Ossiach lies directly on the shore of the Ossiacher See. It was here that Carinthischer Sommer was founded in 1969, and it is now one of Austria’s most significant music festivals.
Burgarena Finkenstein
At Burg Finkenstein. The ruins of Burg Finkenstein lie high above the Faaker See, with a splendid natural backdrop in the distance, dominated by the impressive massif of the Mittagskogel.
