Good food is created where the products are still genuine. The sausage at the breakfast buffet comes from the nearby Nockberge mountains, the fish for lunch and dinner directly from the lake. We pamper our guests from early to late.

We love going out to eat ourselves. That's why, with the restaurant in the Seefischer, we have created a place that is unique: with a view of the lake and marina and authentic cuisine with favourite dishes such as fish dumplings in lobster bisque.
Wine is our passion
… and we are happy to share this passion with our guests. The wines come from Austria, Italy, Slovenia and France – we usually know the winemakers personally.
Pleasurable Start
Bread from the well-known bakery, homemade jams, Carinthian bee honey, organic eggs and cheese from Radenthein, sausages from the Nockberge and coffee roasted directly on Lake Millstatt. That's how to make a perfect start.

Grandmaster of Beer and Cuisine
In Millstatt – only a few minutes’ drive by car from the Seefischer – we run the Lindenhof. An inn with a beer garden and the finest Kärnten specialities, from Schopf-Brat'l to veal cream lung stew or fluffy curd dumplings.
