Meanwhile, Seefischer head chef Jürgen Moldaschl and his team prepare a gala dinner of the highest standard. The time until the turn of the year flies by in no time at all. Afterwards, the big fireworks display on the beach starts.

After midnight, the generous buffet is opened.
