In the evening, our head chef Manuel Pekoll and his team serve a 5-course gourmet menu with a choice of dishes.
Our regional approach covers the entire Alpe-Adria region – including Slovenia and Italy. Seasonal produce, much of it from farmers in the immediate area, and herbs from our own garden bed: these are the ingredients for our cuisine.
At lunchtime, the bistro menu comes to the table: Wiener schnitzel from the butter pan, beef tartare from Nockberg beef or Black Tiger prawns. And sweet treats from apple strudel to Kaiserschmarrn.
