From an exclusive caviar dinner to a fine fish buffet with lobster, trout and many other delicious fish: these are the highlights of the fish and wine festival at the Finest Hideaway Hotel Seefischer on Lake Millstatt. From 6 to 8 March 2026, everything at the Seefischer restaurant, which has been awarded 2 Gault&Millau toques, will revolve around fish and wine.
The programme: ‘We will start on Friday afternoon with a meet & greet in the historic Lindenhof wine cellar and then meet for an aperitif in the Seefischer Lounge,’ invite hosts Elisabeth and Michael Berndl.
On the first evening, a 6-course caviar menu will be served, including wine pairings from a renowned winemaker. The next day will also be all about fish: the large fish buffet will feature specialities such as lobster, there will be live cooking, and there will be many more delicacies to discover at the stands of regional producers and winegrowers.
